If you need help or have any other questions concerning your order, please send an email to info@villageshop.com. Customer service hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm eastern standard time, Monday through Friday. Saturdays from noon to 4:00pm and Sundays from noon until 3:00. We are short staffed like most places so it's easier for us to answer emails when we're able, but if you need to speak to someone you can call 610-689-3840.
