About Credit Card Security Codes

In an effort to reduce fraud, all credit cards now have a security code (Card Verification Value) printed directly on them. To find your security code:

*Visa, MasterCard & Discover*
	It is the last three digits that appear after your 16-digit credit card number in the signature panel on the back of your card. In this example it is 895.
*American Express*
	It is the four digit number that appears on the right side above your imprinted 15-digit credit card number on the front of your card. In this example it is 9343.
