Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed, if the item is in stock. Made to order items, such as a coat made to order, ships once it comes out of production.

Orders are processed Mon-Sat. during normal business hours.

Return Policy

Returns: (for exchanges scroll down)

Need to return an item? No problem. As long as the item is unused, we'll exchange it or refund the full value of the item upon receipt.
Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact our customer care department by sending an email to us by clicking here.

  2. We'll give you a return authorization number.

  3. When you receive your return number, mail your return to:

4.  Please send the package via insured UPS or insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit.

Returns for refund must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

For Exchanges:

Simply enclose a note in the return, specifying what you would like done.  You don't need a return authorization number in this case.

Please Note:

Since we make our shearling coats especially for your order, we do ask for the opportunity to correct any sizing problems by making alterations or exchanging it for a different size or style.  Also, we do not accept returns on coats that have been special ordered and deviate from the style, as it's offered on our web site.  For instance, if you order a different color then the style is offered in, on the web site, this would be considered a special order.  Another example would be, if you ordered a coat and had it made longer or shorter then the length stated on the web site.  This doesn't mean that if you provided us with measurements to make a coat for you, that you can't return it.  Many times, these measurements are just used to determine the correct size needed.

Christmas Orders

Returns for refund must be made within 10 days of receiving your order, unless you make special arrangements with us. If you want to place an order now, that's for a Christmas present, simply speak with customer service or send an email to us with the order number and we'll mark your order with an extended return time. Christmas orders that have received an extended return time by special arrangement, must be received back by us by December 31 in order to receive a refund.
